Powerful Pyramid Training

A session not for the faint hearted. Intervals are like a powerful drug: Just a little and you’re flying high, too much and its lights out.

Pyramid interval training is based on a program of ‘layered intervals’ where different interval durations and intensities are used in each layer. It incorporates recovery periods to ensure interval efforts are maximal. It is designed to train every muscle fibre type and guaranteed to turbo charge you and your participants. Amy will guide you through the different layers, demonstrate the theory to assist you in your understanding of the program and its application.
