What you need to bring:

  • change of clothes
  • towel
  • water bottle
  • lunch/drink and snacks.

If you have cycling shoes and a heart rate monitor bring them too but not essential.

About your Trainer

Amy is a fully qualified indoor cycle trainer, national and international cycle presenter and has produced two cycle DVDs.  She has run this program nationally and internationally to hundreds of students.
