Choc Coco Mug for breakfast

The following recipe is taken from ‘I Quit Sugar’ by Sarah Wilson.  It is a simple way to make a delicious breakfast.

Choc coco mug 

¼ cup almond meal

2x tablespoons desiccated coconut

1x tablespoon raw cacao powder

¼ cup coconut milk or any other type of milk

Plain fat free yoghurt or Greek style yoghurt to serve  (175 g )

Add all ingredients to a microwave- safe porcelain mug and mix with a spoon.

Microwave on high for 1.5 to 2 minutes.

Serve with yoghurt.
