The benefits of regular yoga practise

As Spring begins we come out of hibernation. We experience a renewed urge to nurture our mind, body and soul. During winter it is fair to say we sometimes become a bit slack. Who is not guilty of trading in yoga practise or exercise for staying indoors with the heater on? With Spring we feel we are ready to come out of hibernation and get back into a regular practise.

So why is it good to regularly stay with your practise?
